is focused on breeding quality chocolate Labradors and training gun dogs.
With 37 years of training experience my passion is focused on building a quality gun dog and not training for quantity. I’ve built three generations of AKC Master Hunters out of my bloodline.
I will only train 2 dogs at a time which provides each dog with more time outside the kennel in a learning environment.
When your dog is at BCLL there is no doubt, it will learn and respect me but I’m also about training the trainer.
I will coach you and share with you the tools and knowledge to continue training your gun dog!
Having and training gun dog is a, ongoing process - It never ends!

Bloodline
We ended this past season with an exciting hunt and some laughs with great friends! We also had the opportunity to work two fine Chocolate pups out of Barren Creeks Marvious Molly MH X HRCH Crown Of Ace's in Costa's Shadow MH QAA. These pups have a bright future!

Mr. Donald Aalders trained two chocolate AKC Master Hunters back in the early 1980's and was a long time Maryland Retriever Club.
He also, worked the 1st. AKC Master National event.
My daughter Lauren who has River Run Retriever's has a passion for Chocolate Labradors too!
